Our Tea Pawty

I is finally back to Blogville.
I was spendin' time withs My Girl before hers hads to go back to school to get her education on.
And I not mean to toot my own horn or her horn...but I goin' too anyways...My Girl is in da gifted and talented program again dis year AND also da Advanced math program!
Dam, I has raised a smart cookie....it's obvious her not get her smarticals from mum.

Okays, now back to my post....
I tooks a little breakie from da blogs cuz it was MOST important furs me to spend some time
withs My Girl befores her went back to da school house.
Well I thunked and I thought  bouts what we could do.
Then I thought well, her is a girl and I is a girl and girls like tea pawties.
Dis will just be perfect...I thoughted.
So I hads da kerazy lady to go sets up a table withs a purty table cloth and tea set...a plastic tea set,
dat way hers wouldn't break it....hehehe.

I even got dressed furs da occasion.
Nobuddy wants to sees a nekkid dog at a tea pawty.

I looks all cute donchoo thinks?

"Girl, dis would be betters if your mum actually put tea in da cups?"

"They is empty"

"I should has known betters than to rely on da kerazy lady"

We was havin' a good 'ol time chit chattin', discussin' da world's problems, my desire fur world domination and yada yada....and then BAAAAM...our tea pawty was bomabarded by da blob.
"@%$&!, I is out of focus...and you needs to get your hairy dog woman!"

Then da kerazy was all like..."Puddles let me get a picture of you and Albert together."
Yea sure, whatevers.
So I sat theres likes da good dog dat I is and looked all purties.

Mum made me put dis foto in of da blob..you can scroll thrugh it if you want.

So afters all dat hubabaloo our tea pawty came to a close.
"I loves you Girl and I is so super proud of you!"

I gaves My Girl a big wet kissie on da cheek and telled her how much I loves hers.
And then I lets da Girl take me furs a walk....
I made her carry me cuz I was exhausted from pullin' togedders dat tea pawty.
It was such a MAGICAL day fur us just bein' ables to spend quality time togedders...hence, da corny pink tint in da fotos...courtesy of mum.

And just cuz mum always takes a pikture of da Girl's new school shoes every year....
...heres her new shoes.

Okays, I is done and I has much more tells ya'll laters.

Puddles, Mum and your most beautiful Girl this is absolutely the most precious post.
My mom got a little misty over it.
She was telling me it reminds her so much of her our girl when she was little and her mighty mini Doxie Toto. She told me my girl and Toto had lots of special moments like this too...except when Toto had a hankering for a Barbie leg.

Tell your girl we love love love love her new school shoes.
Congrats to your Girl on her new school.
Hugs from your BFFF Madi

Hey Ms. P!

It's nice to see you back in Blogville.

Looks like you had an awesome time, and with a bit of work, I'm sure your momma will remember to put some tea in the tea pot.

We LOVE your girl's new pinky shoes. They are COOOOOOOOL!

Congrats to her being in the advanced classes. Looks like all your summer tutoring has paid off, again.

Wow, Puddles, you did such a grreat job raising a smart girl! I think it's wonderful that you spent some special time with her before she went back to school. Your tea pawty looks fun, but where were the mini-sandwiches and little Puddles-sized snack cakes?!

GOOSE said...

Puddles I am so glad to hear from you. I was getting ready to send out a search party. Bert volunteered his services. But I have to tell you that I would have paid anything to have him put his big old snooter to work to find you.
That tea pawty looked super sweet. I have never been to a tea pawty. I have been to a keg pawty, and a cheeto pawty (well those two things are the same thing.) A dinner pawty, a birthday pawty, a wedding pawty, a BYOBB pawty, a just for the hell of it pawty. But never a tea pawty. I feel like I am missing out on something. Do you have to wear pink to a tea pawty? If so I am OK with that, I think I can pull it off. But I am not sure I could wear a pretty sun dress. Anyway I do go on sometimes, I am just so darn happy you are back.
Blessings,
Goose

Oh Puddles! Your girl is one smart cookie for sure! What a great idea to have a tea pawty with her even if the blob did show up. I do have to say the look on your face in some of those pics remind me of Nellie from "Little House on the Prairie". Just sayin'....

We are not even surprised at all that your girl is so very very smart.

We ARE surprised at how fast she's growing. Please tell her not to grow up. Grown ups are so so boring.

You have a very special girl there indeed Puddles! That is beyond awesome that she is in the gifted program once again. Is she available as a math tutor? We could do it via Skype! (Bobby is struggling in Math and this year is algebra:(

The tea party was adorable! I don't think I would have such luck with that with the Newfs! There would be a lot of drooling going on!

It sure looks like you and your girl had a great time at your tea party despite Albert crashing it. I love all the pictures, but my absolute favorite is the one of your girl carrying you. I love the way your back feet are standing on her shirt.

P.S. The tint on the pictures makes it more magical. Love it!

At least you have a Most Excellent Reason for having fallen off the map. Our excuse is that our Mom is lazy - which is nowhere near as interesting, and doesn't produce ANY good pictures. *ahem* Of course your Girl has the smarticles - we would expect nothing less! ;-) And we LOVE the picture of you two departing the party!!! Fantastic post, even if you had a party crasher...

Dear Puddles, you did a very good job with your t party. I don't see any food though. Aren't you supposed to have food? I wouldn't go to a t party without food. In fact, I think food is the most important part of any party, t or not.

Okay, apart from that, Your Girl is a real smarty. More importantly, she really knows how to carry you comfortably. That is a very good skill for Girls to have.

The Typist says to tell you she likes the corny pink wash. OH. And she said to thank you for the nice stuff you said and that she understands you completely (now, finally). Hooroo! X

Awwww, Puddles, just like Madi's Mom, ours got all teary over your sweet post. She remembers tea parties with her two special girls. This year the little twin grandbipeds headed off to kindergarten all day. Sad for Mom to see them go.

But on the happy side, we got to see some purty pics of all of you, yes, even the blob was looking good.

Love that pic of you cutie patootie walking off with Your Girl - you SHOULD BE very proud of her - we sure are.

Miss Puddles,
I counted TWO photos in this post which do not feature YOU. How is that allowed to happen?

I am excited that your girl is in the super smart program. I hope she studies hard and then she can grow up to be a big headed nerd like my momma because momma is always crying about girls who don't "realize their potential." Whatever that means.

I think your little pink chest plate is most becoming.
