Tour de Puddles

Hello everybuddy. On Friday I was rudely interrupted whilst giving my tour by da city judicial system. So I’m back today to finish my tour of da backyard.

Follow me in a an orderly fashion.

Now my yard is very much ugly compared to Frankie Flirter's, Kira’s and Khyra’s. Hey, how come all those coyote dogggies have da bestest yards?  Oh well,  I do haves sumptin most doggies don’t have…I haves a real live train. Yes sire Bob I do. Now who doesn’t want a train in their backyard, except fur my mum? Don’t worry though I can’t actually get to da train cuz of da fugly chain link fence, it’s doxie digging proof. Besides ya’ll knows I wouldn’t attempt sumptin like that no ways. Oneday when mum isn't too lazy busy I'llhaves to get her to record Albert chasing da train. He is such a dork. I think he is just getting senile in his old age.

I likes to look at da art on da train. Sorry, it's fuzzy pikture.

This is da side of da fence where da Neighbors live. They is who I learned my four letter words that I’m never evers suppose to use…that’s why call them Neighbor words. Mum says their fence is an atrocity, whatever that means. I just think it’s a damn eyesore. Oooops, there goes a Neighbor word. Ooh, if you look closely da arrow you will see Mr. Pibble in his cage. I so need to do a blog post about my neighbors oneday. Ya’ll would be so amuzed and entertained. Yes, I will put that on my schedule.

Another beautimous view

This here is fur Frankie Flirter’s dad.
You might be redneck if
You hang your ladder....

....on da fence.

Seriously what kind of hooman does that? How you gonna climb on it if it’s on a fence..duh.

Anyway, moving along. This is my most favoritist trees. It’s not just an ordinary Pecan tree either. It is multifunctional. Not only does it grow pecans but it also grows squirrels and hopefully one day it just might grow beer too…that’s where I buried dad’s beer. And this is also my recreational area where I do my bestest digging. And another good thing about this tree is that mum and dad never planted anything around it so we could dig. Now that just makes all kinds of sense not to plant nuttin so we can dig.

And this here is just wheres we like to play too. Mum doesn't like it cuz brudder and sissy gets stuff stuck all over them and then mum has to pick these little tiny green balls of them and it takes like FUREVER to do that.

Well, this concludes my tour of da backyard, on your way out keep to da right and stay away from da neighbors…don’t want ya’ll to catch their weirdness, I hear it’s contagious. Oh and you can leave your tip in da mailbox.

Thank you fur choosing The Puddles Duddles RainDrop Tour.

THE END

Peace Out,

Thank you for the tour. I don't think your back yard is ugly. Of course mine isn't exactly manicured its own self, but I think yours is pretty and most intertesting. I wish we had a train in back. We just have more neighbors in back, but once in a while they have loud parties back there and I like that pretty well.

We don't think your back yard is ugly at all!! And it made my Mamma homesick (she's kinda weird that way!) See, she grew up near the trains - our Grampa (gawd rest his soul) used to drive a train!! How cool is that??

And you're right - your neighbours fence is not pretty to look at (ok, it's downright fugly!!) But your pecan tree is pawsome!!

We'll post some pics of our back yard sometime!

One of these days I will get up my nerve and post pictures of the front yard view we had of my elderly former neighbor (not Champagne Joan) who was a hoarder and who moved to Arkansas in the middle of the night a few years ago. Before she was divorced her ex, a former Marine, kept the property neat and tidy. After the divorce, oh my doG,...... the house has been sold and the new owners are rehabbing it... they had to gut it completely, we got to tour the smelly trash before the dumpster arrived... there were at least 12 dumpster loads.....

Anyway, the neighbors yard/fence is just amazing! Must be fun to hear trains rumbling by though.... very fun post and tour. xoxox

Our Dad would LOVE your backyard - he works for CSX and LOVES TRAINS. You should see the man cave- it is the biggest room in the house and is the reason why Mom and Dad bought it for us

Great tour, Puddles - very interesting!! I am jealous of you living so close to the trains too! I love trains and my husband actually is a railroad engineer so we have lots of train stuff. We live close enough to hear the train when it goes over the nearby crossing, but not as close as I would like. Then again I can sleep through just about anything so I guess that helps!

What a tour! We think those trains are purrty cool! And we agree with that fence being a samn eyesore. We don't like that doggie being stuck in a cage. We hope he igets to go out and run around and stuff.

We think you have a delightful backyard!

Hi Puddles, I tried to leave you a hooooge long comment earlier... butt the big hog blogger ate it. I hope it causes its poopshooter to go wild.
Sooooo I pawsonally love your backyard. The trains would be awsome to watch and chase.
I think your dad buys his bungee cords in bulk just like my dad does!! Maybe they are twins!!
Love your pecan tree. What a super place to dig.
the big jungle thingy is just perfect for Dachshund games!!! I want to get in there and play too.
You did a very much fine job of tour guide.
Sorry about the Neighbors. Wanna Trade??? Mine are all nuts too. Well, except for Jim the Grinch Guy. We love him.

Hi Puddles, thank you for the most interesting tour.
We liked following you and managed to keep up.
Now we have never seen a train so we thought it would be very nice to have one in your garden!
We are sorry to hear about your neighbours but apparently 'you can't pick em'.
We thought your yard looked like a good place to play.
Trains to chase, squirrels to chase, dirt to dig, neighbours to bark at - what more do you want?
love

Hey Puddles!

We didn't go outside....we have one of those big glass sliding windows. Meowm calls them glass sliding doors. Anyway, the sun comes in thru them. Not as much as used too, cause the big pine tree is growing and getting in the way of the sun. This ticks Meowm off, she has asked that it be trimmed numerous times and the apartment owners don't want to do it. (We think she might sneak out there one night and practically chop the thing down, she is getting that ticked off). Anyway, back to what we were talking about. So, we sit in front of that big sliding window/door thing and soak up our sunshine. And Meowm opens it up sometimes and we sniff the world outside thru the screen door. If Meowm ever gets that big outdoor thing she posted about, we will actually get out of the home! AND, Orion is front declawed (much to Meowms dismay, he was that way when she found him), but I am not. However, part of the rules of my adoption was that I would be an indoor only kitty so I never got lost and separated from my family again.

Junior

Hope I didn't meow your ears off. ;)

P.S. We did get to go outside the other night. There was a little human standing outside that could see us in the window, and he kept saying "kitty" so Meowm took us out one at a time so he could give us some scritches. She had a death grip on us though, but it was still nice to be out there.

Puddles, I enjoyed your tour immensely! You and I will have to compare neighbor notes. Our neighbors are actually known as The Village Idiots! When people in town find out where we live, they offer us apologies.

Mom says when she was young, for about a year, they lived where a train went through the back, very close to the place where they were living. She and Aunt Julie had a small tree house that they went up in and the train actually went by underneath them. That was all well and good until a python escaped the train from a banana shipment.

Thanks fur the Tour de P!

It was khwite interesting!

The Doggy Nanny is furry lukhky to have nice neighbours BUT Mom knows about the OTHER kind!

When Mom lived down the street, she had one that put up two sekhtions of redwood fencing - and spray painted a green smilie face on the side that faced Mom's house -

One would expekht better from a lawyer type - Mom khould probably blog weekly about the stuffs he and his furamily did to try and get under Mom's fur -

OMD, Puddles, you really do have a train in your yard!!! If you want to get to it, maybe we can get there and help you dig your way out. Ciara and TD are professional diggers:) Just kidding - you need that fence to keep you safe. And those neighbors - hmmmmmm, guess we won't say much about them.

We could use a really big tree in our yard - we get no shade from our little trees and it gets really hot here in the summer.

Thanks for the Tour de Puddles.
